These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk4230 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the pk4230 website located at https://pk4230.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality offered through the Platform.
pk4230 is an English-language online gambling information and platform portal designed primarily for users in Pakistan. The Platform provides access to sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 tournaments, ICC events, football and UFC — as well as live casino products, responsible gambling resources and general gambling information services.
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk4230 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the Terms as they stand at the time of access.
pk4230 does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial authority. It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether accessing online gambling services is lawful under the laws applicable in their location, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice.

Age Verification: pk4230 applies strict age verification as part of the KYC process. Misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance or winnings.
If you become aware that you no longer satisfy any of the eligibility criteria above after registering, you are required to notify pk4230 support immediately and cease using the Platform. We reserve the right to carry out eligibility checks at any time during the lifetime of an account.
To access the full functionality of the pk4230 Platform, including deposits, betting and withdrawals, you must complete the registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
As part of the KYC process, you will be required to upload one or more of the following documents through the Platform's secure HTTPS-encrypted verification portal:
Document Integrity: You must never alter, crop, obscure or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities.
KYC documents must only be submitted through the Platform's official HTTPS-secured verification portal. You must never transmit sensitive identity documents via email, live chat, third-party messaging applications or any other unsecured channel. If you are unsure whether a document request is legitimate, contact support before submitting any materials.
Each user is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or alternative accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pk4230 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify pk4230 support immediately.
You are responsible for keeping your registered account information accurate and current. Material changes to your personal information — such as a change of name, address or contact details — must be notified to support and may require re-verification through the KYC process.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period specified in the Operator's published policy may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee or account closure in accordance with the Operator's current terms. Users will be notified prior to any action being taken where reasonably practicable.
pk4230 displays account balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The availability of specific deposit methods is determined by the Operator's live cashier and is subject to change without prior notice.
The Platform may reference payment services familiar to Pakistani users, including mobile wallet services and major bank transfers, for informational context only. These references do not imply that any payment provider endorses, permits or supports gambling transactions. Users must verify payment method availability directly in the Operator's live cashier before attempting any transaction.
Payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are mentioned as familiar Pakistani payment services only. Their inclusion in platform documentation does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by these providers, nor does it guarantee their availability for any specific transaction.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and are subject to change. The current minimum deposit threshold will be displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits below the minimum amount may be declined or returned, subject to applicable fees.
pk4230 reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before crediting a deposit to your account. This may include proof that the payment account is registered in your name, consistent with the name on your verified KYC documentation.
Transaction fees may be applied by payment providers on deposits or withdrawals. pk4230 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors. You should review the fee schedule applicable to your chosen payment method before transacting.
Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts that have completed KYC verification in full. Any outstanding verification steps must be resolved before a withdrawal request can be approved.
Withdrawal processing times are determined by the Operator's internal procedures and the payment method selected. pk4230 does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Current estimated processing times, where available, are published in the Operator's cashier. For up-to-date withdrawal status information, users should contact support directly.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of request. Withdrawal caps applicable to bonus-derived winnings are set out in the relevant bonus terms and must be reviewed by the User prior to claiming any promotion.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified pk4230 account. Requests to withdraw to a third-party account will be declined. Any mismatch between the account name and the withdrawal destination may result in delays or rejection of the request.
pk4230 may offer bonuses, free bets, enhanced odds, cashback and other promotional benefits from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms which are published at the time of the offer. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. This means the bonus amount must be staked a specified number of times before any winnings from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Actual wagering multiples are specified in individual promotion terms.
While a bonus remains active, a maximum bet limit applies per qualifying wager. Staking above this limit — for example, exceeding PKR 500 per bet — during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum bet limit is specified in the individual promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting and slots may contribute at 100%, while table games, live casino and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%). Playing low-contribution games will extend the time required to clear wagering requirements.
Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically voided. Users should note both the bonus activation date and the expiry date before commencing play.
Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap (for example, PKR 25,000). Winnings in excess of this cap may be removed from the account balance. The applicable cap, where one exists, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Integrity: pk4230 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play patterns, arbitrage betting or misrepresentation of personal information.
A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation message has been displayed. Bets pending confirmation are not binding. pk4230 and the Operator reserve the right to decline, void or limit any bet at their sole discretion, including where technical errors, pricing irregularities or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, market settlement or any other aspect of a bet, pk4230 reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to the user's account. "Manifest error" means an obvious mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect, including materially mispriced odds resulting from a technical or human error.
Markets are settled in accordance with the Operator's published betting rules for the relevant sport or event. In the case of disputes regarding settlement, the Operator's decision is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure set out in Section 17.
In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change. pk4230 accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of odds that were under review at the time of placement. Users should verify that odds are current and confirmed before finalising any in-play wager.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pk4230 support. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed, and withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy subject to KYC completion.
pk4230 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
In cases of account suspension pending investigation, pk4230 will withhold withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. Users will be notified of the outcome and any applicable balances will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal and operational procedures.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Operator's license jurisdiction, as published on the Operator's official documentation.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as pk4230 claiming to operate under Pakistani law or as confirmation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan. The legal position of online gambling under Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any provincial legislation — is the sole responsibility of the individual user to assess. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice and users in Pakistan should consult a qualified legal professional regarding their specific circumstances.
pk4230 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following means: a notice on the Platform's homepage, an email to registered users' verified email addresses, or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" and version number at the top of this document will be updated each time a material revision is made.
